Understanding your invoice
When shipping consignments with TNT, the following surcharges apply:
TNT applies an index-based fuel surcharge to all shipments.
We provide collection and delivery services virtually anywhere you require. For certain remote and less-accessible locations an additional out-of-area surcharge is applied to cover additional costs incurred.
TNT reserves the right to assess fuel and other surcharges on shipments without notice. The amount and duration of any such surcharges will be determined at our sole discretion. By tendering your shipments to TNT, you agree to pay the surcharges, as determined by TNT.
Clearance services and related fees assessed on International shipments.
At FedEx, we offer standard customs clearance; however, we also provide a comprehensive range of solutions when your shipment has special clearance needs.
During times of elevated shipping volumes, heightened demand for capacity, increased operating costs, and other strains on our network, TNT may apply a demand surcharge.
