Ultimately, all our customers will transfer to FedEx Express. However, this process will take time, and we are doing it in stages to ensure we get it right. You will only be moved across once we are sure we can provide the services at the level that you have rightly come to expect.

Upon joining FedEx Express, you will be given a FedEx Express account which immediately gives you access to our outstanding products and services. We’re committed to supporting your company’s future and getting your products into the hands of customers around the world, quickly and easily. Constant service and transit time improvements mean that this is only the start.

Supporting you during this journey

We’ll be in touch via email when your account is ready to be moved over to FedEx Express. We’ll transfer all of your details – from user information and address book to shipment, commodity and dimension profiles – to make your transition from myTNT to FedEx Express effortless. And we’ll give you advanced notice and support you at each stage – making sure you have all the information you need to get going straight away and carry on sending your products to your customers.
