Effective April 1, 2023 Fedex and TNT are joining forces in Malaysia. What is changing and what remains the same? Below you can find all the necessary information:

What is changing?

Effective April 1, 2023 you must update the bank account name in your payment systems to settle your invoices for TNT shipments:

If you use JomPAY, please note that the Biller Code for TNT shipments remains the same. Here are the details for your reference:

Ref-1 : 9 digits TNT account number

Ref-2 : Contact name and telephone number

If in doubt, please follow the bank details included on the invoice.

Your invoices

You will still receive separate invoices for Fedex Express and TNT services for the time being. Our legal entity name and bank account name on the invoices will change. There may also be some small changes to how the invoice looks.

You are still able to use our combined possibilities, services and online tools.
