Paper consignment notes and invoices

• Non-electronic consignment (Export only)
  Charge applied to consignments where data is not electronically submitted. i.e. handwritten consignment notes.
• Non-electronic invoice
  Charge applied when customers require a paper invoice.

Monthly minimum billing charge

Only applicable to accounts which trade under AED 275.00 per month.

Elevated risk

Charge applied when shipping to a destination country that TNT operates at elevated risk due to continuous state of war, civil unrest, or continuous threats from terrorism. Destination countries affected : Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libyan Arab Jumahiniya, Mali, Niger, South Sudan, and Yemen.

Restricted destination

Charge applied when shipping to a destination country that is subject to trade restrictions imposed by the UN Security Council. Countries in scope : Central African Republic, Cote D'ivoire, Congo Dem Rep, Eritrea, Iraq, Liberia, Libyan Arab Jumahiniya, Somalia, and Yemen.
