(1) The Company uses cookies for certain websites of the Company, including but not limited to session cookies, persistent cookies, and web beacons. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on the user's computer or mobile device that are used to provide a more convenient website environment and to analyze the usage status of the website. Cookies may be utilized to tailor the website to the user’s preferences and to measure website usage statistics.

(2) When a customer accesses the Company’s website, the Company uses cookies to analyze the frequency of access, visit time, the number of visits, and service usage patterns, as well as to track event participation information , in order to provide website functionalities, improve service quality, analyze usage statistics, and enhance user convenience.

·       How to block third-party cookies in the web browser:

o   Click the ⋮ button (Customize and control Google Chrome) in the upper right corner of Chrome, and then click Settings. Click Privacy and security on the left side of the Settings page, click Third-party cookies, and then select whether to Block third-party cookies.

·       How to block all cookies from being stored in the web browser:

o   Alternatively, click the ⋮ button in the upper right corner of Chrome, and then click New Incognito window. In this case, the browser switches to Incognito mode, preventing browsing history, cookies and site data, and information entered in forms from being saved on your device.

(b) Edge

·       How to block third-party cookies in the web browser:

o   Click the ... button (Settings and more) in the upper right corner of Edge, and then click Settings. Click Privacy, search, and services on the left side of the Settings page, and then select whether to enable tracking prevention and choose the level (Balanced or Strict) under the Tracking prevention section. Alternatively, click Privacy, search, and services on the left side of the Settings page, click Cookies and site permissions (or Cookies), and then select Block third-party cookies.

·       How to block all cookies from being stored in the web browser:

o   Click the ... button in the upper right corner of Edge, and then click New InPrivate window. In this case, the browser switches to InPrivate mode, preventing browsing history, cookies and site data, and information entered in forms from being saved on your device.

Dear Customers,

As we complete our full integration with FedEx, we are pleased to inform you that our shipping services will now be fully unified under the FedEx account system.

 

Accordingly, shipping services for TNT and myTNT accounts will be deactivated. To avoid any disruption, we kindly ask that you switch to a FedEx account as soon as possible.

 

  1. Shipping Service Deactivation Notice
    • Target: All TNT and myTNT accounts with no shipping activity in the past 12 months or more
    • Effective Date: From January 19, 2026
    • [Important] All future shipments can only be made using a FedEx account. To avoid any disruption to your shipping activities, please switch to a FedEx account.

[Notice] Privacy Policy Upate |Posted on September 22, 2025

Dear Customer,

To comply with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, we are updating our Privacy Policy to include new provisions on the management of dormant accounts.
 

1. Amendment

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information) will be amended to add the following new paragraph (4):

(4) The Company classifies accounts with no login or service activity for twelve (12) consecutive months as “Dormant Accounts” and provides prior notice of deletion at least thirty (30) days in advance by email or other appropriate means. If the user logs in or submits a separate request during the grace period, the account will remain active; otherwise, the account and related personal information may be destroyed without delay.
 

2. Effective Date

The revised Privacy Policy will take effect on October 1, 2025.
