Notice of Amendments to TNT Privacy Policy | Posted on April 21, 2026

Federal Express Korea LLC (“Company”) continuously strives to improve its Privacy Policy in order to better protect users’ personal information. Accordingly, the Privacy Policy will be amended as outlined below. Please review the following information for your reference.

Retention and use period for behavioral information changed from “deleted two (2) years after the date of collection” to “deleted three (3) years after the date of collection”

Article 17 (New)

New provision added regarding the Operation and Management Policy for Fixed Video Information Processing Devices (CCTV)

Important Notice: Changes to TNT Accounts

 

Dear Customers,

As we complete our full integration with FedEx, we are pleased to inform you that our shipping services will now be fully unified under the FedEx account system.

 

Accordingly, shipping services for TNT and myTNT accounts will be deactivated. To avoid any disruption, we kindly ask that you switch to a FedEx account as soon as possible.

 

  1. Shipping Service Deactivation Notice
    • Target: All TNT and myTNT accounts with no shipping activity in the past 12 months or more
    • Effective Date: From January 19, 2026
    • [Important] All future shipments can only be made using a FedEx account. To avoid any disruption to your shipping activities, please switch to a FedEx account.

  2. How to Switch to a FedEx Account
    • If you do not yet have a FedEx account: Click here to create an account
    • If you already have a FedEx account: You can use it immediately for all shipments; no additional action is required.

  3. Personal Information and Inquiries
    • Personal Information Handling: After account deactivation, your personal information will be securely managed and processed in accordance with applicable laws and our privacy policy.
    • Reusing the Service: You may create a new FedEx account at any time to resume using our services.

[Notice] Privacy Policy Upate |Posted on September 22, 2025

Dear Customer,

To comply with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, we are updating our Privacy Policy to include new provisions on the management of dormant accounts.
 

1. Amendment

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information) will be amended to add the following new paragraph (4):

(4) The Company classifies accounts with no login or service activity for twelve (12) consecutive months as “Dormant Accounts” and provides prior notice of deletion at least thirty (30) days in advance by email or other appropriate means. If the user logs in or submits a separate request during the grace period, the account will remain active; otherwise, the account and related personal information may be destroyed without delay.
 

2. Effective Date

The revised Privacy Policy will take effect on October 1, 2025.
