Understanding your invoice
When shipping consignments with TNT, the following surcharges apply:
We provide collection and delivery services virtually anywhere you require. For certain remote and less-accessible locations an additional out-of-area surcharge is applied to cover additional costs incurred.
TNT reserves the right to assess fuel and other surcharges on shipments without notice. The amount and duration of any such surcharges will be determined at our sole discretion. By tendering your shipments to TNT, you agree to pay the surcharges, as determined by TNT.
During times of elevated shipping volumes, heightened demand for capacity, increased operating costs, and other strains on our network, TNT may apply a demand surcharge.
From October 21, 2024 to January 31, 2025, Demand Surcharge will be adjusted for certain TNT international shipments.
* Please note that the rate of the Demand Surcharge is subject to change depending on the time period. The schedule of changes will be notified on tnt.com.
