We updated our TNT Europe terms and conditions of carriage, effective 1 June 2021. Go to terms and conditions of carriage. Use of TNT services from 1 June constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We have been informed about a fraudulent activity currently in place that is impacting our Brand. In particular, some texts and instant messages are circulating with the request to pre-pay via credit card a sum of money in order to have the shipment delivered.

Please note that FedEx and TNT do not request, via unsolicited mail, text or email, payment or personal information in return for goods in transit or in FedEx custody. If you receive any of these or similar communications, do not reply or cooperate with the sender. Furthermore, do not click on any link contained in any suspicious texts or other messages that you receive.

We kindly ask you to forward any suspicious message that you receive to the following email addresses:e-crime@tnt.com and abuse@fedex.com. This will help us monitor suspicious activities and take prompt action with police authorities to stop fraud attempts.

We also suggest that you report the event to the Postal and Communications Police.

To continue providing our customers with the best possible service during this time, we are implementinga Temporary Surcharge on all FedEx Express and TNT international parcel and freight shipments, from April 6th until further notice. The surcharge does not apply to domestic intra-country shipments.

In light of the regulations and restrictions currently in force, you are kindly asked to entrust to us only shipments of goods related to activities which are currently permitted and regularly opened. This will allow us to protect the health of our employees, suppliers and customers.
