IMPORTANT NEWS
1. U.S. Inbound Processing FeeUpdated from €2.25 to €2.40 per shipment. This fee is assessed to cover clearance processing for shipments bound for the United States.
2. Additional Handling Surcharge - WeightThreshold lowered from 31 kg to 25 kg, aligned with FedEx rules. Need more details? Check our AHS customer guide, your main reference for AHS updates.
NOTE: We reserve the right to assess Additional Handling charges for packages or freight handling units that require special handling or that require FedEx to apply additional packaging during transit. To avoid AHS, please see our packaging guidelines.
Effective August 29th, 2025, the United States will suspend the duty-free de minimis exemption for all low-valuecommercial shipments entering the country.
Imported goods that are valued at or under $800 and that would otherwise qualify for the de minimis exemption are subject to all applicable duties, to be paid in accordance with appropriate entry and regular payment procedures.

To continue providing our customers with the best possible service during this time, we are implementing a Temporary Surcharge on all FedEx Express and TNT international parcel and freight shipments, from April 6th until further notice. The surcharge does not apply to domestic intra-country shipments.
In light of the regulations and restrictions currently in force, you are kindly asked to entrust us only with shipments of goods related to activities which are currently permitted and regularly opened. This will allow us to protect the health of our employees, suppliers and customers.
