TNT customer data to be migrated to FedEx Express

FedEx Express and TNT have started integrating in countries around the world, and will soon begin in Korea. Over time, our integration will give customers better connectivity and access to more opportunities in the global marketplace.

Data migration

To enable the integration process, and to provide customers with an even better service, TNT customer data including personal information contained therein (the “Data”) will be migrated to Federal Express Korea LLC and Federal Express Corporation. Korea Branch, effective November 17, 2017.

Upon completion of the migration, the Data will be used by both TNT and FedEx Express in Korea. Similar processes are taking place around the world.

The TNT customer data will be migrated to the following legal entities.

        Federal Express Korea LLC
        Federal Express Corporation. Korea Branch

Update on TNT privacy statement

Effective November 17, 2017, the TNT privacy statement, including the purpose and collection of the data, Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties and Delegation of the Processing of Personal Information will be updated. Please follow the links below for the full version of the TNT privacy statement before and after the update. The updated privacy statement is released on October 26, 2017.

What customers need to do

The data migration and change to the TNT privacy statement do not have impact on the ways you as customers work with TNT. There will be no changes to terms and conditions, access to services or our how to get in touch with us. You can continue to work with us in the way they do now.
