This service has three tiers and provides a range of road courier options for deliveries within Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

1. Local Standard
Service is available in metro areas and will be delivered within 2.5 hours from booking for the customers in Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne and 1.5 hours to 2 hours from booking for the customers in Adelaide and Perth.

2. Local Premium
Service is available in metro areas and will be delivered within 1.5 hours from booking.

3. Local Direct
This 24-hour delivery service is available in metro areas and will be delivered within 1 hour from booking.

For the most urgent shipments, Time Critical - Next Flight offers delivery to any location in Australia.

Delivery for your most urgent shipments, state and nationwide.
TNT utilises the next available commercial flight which TNT determines is appropriate in order to meet the service requirements for the Next Flight service.
We will make all reasonable efforts to attempt to contact you, via the contact details you have provided, for your further instructions if, for whatever reason, we are unable to transport your shipment by air. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to utilise an alternate mode of transport which we reasonably believe will achieve the delivery requirements of the Time Critical - Next Flight service that you requested.
