We have designed TNT Australia's SMS tracking to be simple to use. To find out if your shipment has been delivered, whether a Proof of Delivery image is available or other tracking information, all you need to do is send your consignment number in an SMS message to TNT.
To use TNT Australia SMS tracking you will need to use an SMS compatible mobile phone or device. Firstly, create a new message and type in the consignment number.

When you request tracking details from SMS tracking, we will return you the latest status information about that shipment. It may report that it is onboard for delivery or delivered. If a Proof of Delivery is available you may view this by contacting TNT Customer Service on 13 11 50
