Important Customs Information for Russia
VAT in Russia is applied at the rate of 18% with preferential exceptions at a rate of 10%. There is no import duty in Russia for shipments that have a value of less than €200.
However, imports over this figure will incur a customs duty based on the classification code and the country of origin. These rates are 5%, 10% and 15% depending on the aforementioned factors. Certain goods for import require a licence, which you can find more about here.
