Special Services Coordinator (Air Cargo)

To maximise Special Services revenue, margin, service quality and customer satisfaction

To maximise revenue opportunities, in particular Air Cargo products, and to manage internal and external customers’ relationships in order to achieve the SpS strategic goals.

To provide customers with suitable solutions relating to problem shipments or complaints to satisfy their needs, and maintain and enhance their loyalty to TNT.

To implement and monitor SpS internal processes and procedures in order to maximise efficiency and costs.

Preferred profile
Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates:

  • High school qualification

Preferred experience:

  • Sales and operational experience in customised distribution solutions
  • International express or logistics industry background
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and KPI’s
  • Organisational awareness (structure and products and services)

Preferred knowledge:

  • Air Cargo Product knowledge
  • Strong market sector knowledge / awareness, including supply chain structures, developments and requirements
  • Proven people skills, especially team building, persuasion and influence application

Necessary Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Business to business selling skills
  • Communication skills
  • Basic PC skills
  • Fluent use of written and spoken Portuguese, Good knowledge of English
